Roots pump is a kind of vacuum pump without internal compression, usually the compression ratio is very low, so the high, the vacuum pump needs the front pump.

Roots vacuum pump is a mechanical vacuum pump with a pair of synchronous high speed rotating sole shaped rotor, this pump can not be pumped separately, the front stage needs to be equipped with oil seal, water ring, etc., can be directly discharged into the atmosphere. 4. In general, roots pump should be repaired after working for 2000 hours to check the aging degree of jujube seals, check whether the exhaust valve slice is cracked, and clean up the dirt deposited on the valve slice and exhaust valve seat. Clean all parts in roots pump cavity, such as rotor, vane, spring, etc. It is usually cleaned with gasoline and dried. After cleaning the rubber parts, dry them with a dry cloth. Cleaning and assembly should be handled gently to be careful of bruising.
5. Roots pump adds bearing lubricating oil to the bearing body, and the oil level should be observed at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
