Product Description

Common roots vacuum can not be used individually, it must be used after being assembled with fore-pumps. Roots water ring vacuum unit system is the whole set equipment to realize vacuum, water ring pump works as the fore-pump in the whole system. With these vacuum meters and control system, the whole system can realize automatic operation, with overload and overload protection. According to different process requirements, roots vacuum unit can include multi-stage roots vacuum assembling sets with one or more pumps and water ring vacuum pumps.

Since common roots pump must start under a certain allowable inlet pressure (a certain vacuum degree), the outlet of roots vacuum shall be configured with fore pump for pre-pumping. If roots vacuum pump starts too earlier, it will trigger overload to roots vacuum and even damages to motors or the pump itself, so we should control the start of the roots pump seriously.

As far as the JYWR three stage unit, fore pump of main pump is medium pump and fore pump of medium pump is water ring pump. For JYWR two stage pump, fore pump of main pump is water ring pump. The start sequence of every stage vacuum pump is: starting fore stage water ring vacuum pump first, when water ring vacuum sucks systems pressure to the starting pressure of roots vacuum pump and starting medium roots vacuum pump and main roots vacuum pump stage by stage.
